1. Aims
1.1 1.1 To establish a happy school environment, cultivate students' interest in learning and enhance their intrinsic motivation towards learning.
1.2 1.2 To provide quality education, equip students with abilities to learn how to learn and help students develop generic skills in collaboration, creativity, communication, critical thinking, information technology, numeracy, problem-solving, self-management and study.
1.3 1.3 To respect students' individuality and show concern with student diversity in learning capabilities and interests. Provide opportunities for students to develop their potential to the fullest extent.
1.4 1.4 To cultivate students a positive attitude towards life, to be able to think and reflect, and become informed and responsible citizens committed to the well-being of their fellow humans.

2. Major Concerns
2.1 To develop students' habits in preparation and reflection, be able to use appropriate learning strategies and learn from reading.
2.2 To cater for learner diversity and provide gifted students with diversified and the most appropriate level of school curriculum for its own context.
2.3 To make a smooth transition to the NSS curriculum and make constructive improvement in administrative work smoothly.
2.4 To prepare and carry out English as a medium of instruction.
