• A more experience teacher is assigned to a new comer to the school for one year.

• The teacher will be responsible for taking care of the new teacher in whatever ways he/she thinks fit.

• A pair of teachers is matched by the Staff Development Committee. One of them is assigned as the mentor (on request) while the other as the mentee.
